Do you ship Internationally?
- We currently ship to the UK, US and EU. Shipping takes between 3-7 days depending on your location.
- The customer is responsible for taxes and customs charges at the final destination.
- You may incur delays depending on how quickly the shipment clears customs at the destination.
- Jungle Jitsu currently ships from London, United Kingdom.
- International customs may require a phone number to reach you. Please be sure to enter this information

What courier service do you use?
- We currently use Royal Mail.
- In some instances we may use another courier to ensure the best possible delivery service.
How to care for your Rash Guards
- We advised machine wash cold, and hang dry.
- Washing compression gear hot can cause it to shrink over time.
Damaged / Defective Item
- If an item has arrived damaged or defective, please let us know by contacting us. Please make sure to include a photo of the defect and a description.
- We are committed to producing high quality products. Where a product is defective, we aim to work with the customer to provide a solution where all parties are satisfied.
Lost Item / Not Arrived?
- Please allow up-to 7 days to receive your shipment.
- If you are based internationally (i.e. US) then it's possible your shipment is being held with customs, pending tax or customs payments.
- Please contact us for further assistance if your shipment does not arrive.
If you are not able to find the perfect fit, or have changed your mind, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days. To start a return order:
- Send us an email via our contact form or to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
- Ship your items back using a *prepaid return label (this will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of submitting your request).
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the item being received.
*Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for returns made within the UK. If you are based in the EU, US or Internationally, please ship the item back using a courier of your choice. After completing step 1, we will provide you with a return address.
- For hygienic reasons, items must be unused and have no visible signs of use (deodorant / cosmetic stains etc.)
- Items must not have been damaged or altered.
